Berkeley County Commissioner Election

Berkeley County is governed by 5 County Commissioners and supporting departments, boards and commissions. The Commissioners are elected by magisterial district (Adam Stephen, Norborne, Potomac, Shenandoah, Tuscarora and Valley) for a term of six years.

A group of involved Berkeley County, WV residents who participate in the political education of members to broaden their understanding of Republican principles, ideals, and the Republican Party Platform. 

Berkeley County Republican Executive Committee

BCREC was established by WV Code for the purpose of carrying out the duties of Executive Committee, electing Republicans to public office, to advance the principles and interests of the Republican Party and encourage loyalty to the principles of the Republican Party at all levels of government.

Gateway Republican Women

Gateway Republican is an affiliate of the West Virginia Federation of Republican Women (WVFRW) and with the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) and became affiliated in 2005. Gateway covers the counties of Jefferson, Berkeley and Morgan counties of West Virginia.

How to Vote in Berkeley County

Berkeley County offers three forms of voting: 1) In person on Election Day, November 5; 2) In person during early voting period, October 23 – November 2; and 3) by mail via absentee ballot.
