Priorities
White brings Integrity and Hard Work that our families desperately seek from the Judiciary. His time on the Kanawha County Board of Education shows that character does deliver results. What does being a Principled Constitutionalist mean? It means the Rule of Law matters and WHOEVER enters Ryan’s courtroom, they will be treated with respect and have a fair opportunity in their hearing. As a Judge, White’s priority will be to display fairness to those in his courtroom and to follow the law that benefits all citizens of our great State.
