Berkeley County offers three forms of voting: 1) In person on Election Day, November 5; 2) In person during early voting period, October 23 – November 2; and 3) by mail via absentee ballot. Absentee ballots can be requested from the County Clerk’s Office between August 13 – October 30, and will become available starting September 20. The County Clerks Office is located at 400 West Stephen Street, Suite 105, Martinsburg, WV. Call 304-264-1989 with any questions, Mon – Fri between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
