Keep an eye out for MOVCAC (Motivate, Organize, Volunteer Citizen Action Coalition) as it branches out into the Eastern Panhandle. MOVCAC was founded in Ohio and during Covid spread widely across West Virginia. It “offers a platform for collaboration…and empowers citizens to take action and make a difference in their community” in a variety of areas, ranging from petitioning legislatures to learning how to operate ham radios.
