Berkeley County Republican Executive Committee mourns the loss of Delegate Larry Kump of House District 94.
State Law requires a short time to provide a list of candidates to Governor Morrisey. BCREC will receive applications for this position with a deadline of March 11, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The application is posted on the West Virginia Republican website of WVGOP.org.
Qualifications include:
- Registered Republican Voter for at least one year
- Resident of House District 94
- Minimum age of 18 years of age by General Election 2026
